Meet our Founder
My name is Stephanie, the founder of Spring Forward Club. I am passionate about spreading awareness and knowledge about living a healthy lifestyle that you are in control of.
My wellness journey started when I was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2016, and since then, having had numerous other gut conditions and unhealed trauma, I dedicated my time to learning as much as I can about using food as medicine and creating healthy habits. I realized that there was a lack of easily accessible resources and support for individuals looking to learn more about what they put in their bodies and how their minds impact their health.
I am obsessed with clean eating, toxic-free products, fitness, gut health, cooking, the brain, mindfulness, intuition, & longevity. I spend most of my time doing the research to learn the latest + greatest and thought I would share my tips so we can all become better together.
