Recipe: Power Greens & Broccoli Soup

Our Power Greens & Broccoli Soup is a delicious, warming, and packed with nutrients. It's made with whole foods, quick and easy to make, creating a nourishing soup packed with essential nutrients.

Ingredients:

  • 3 Heads of Broccoli
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Yellow Onion 
  • 1 Bag of Frozen Peas
  • Half box of Spinach
  • 4 Cups of Bone Broth
  • 2 Cups of Filtered Water
  • Seasoning: Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions: 

  1. Bake the 3 heads of broccoli in oven 425 for 20 mins (or you can steam them)
  2. While the broccoli is cooking, heat olive oil in a large pot
  3. Add in the pot 3 cloves garlic minced and 1 yellow onion chopped, cook for about 5-6 mins
  4. Add in 1 bag of frozen peas and the half box of spinach, let that cook for a few mins
  5. Add in 4 cups bone broth and 2 cups of filtered water 
  6. Season with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes 
  7. Bring it to a boil and then simmer for 10 mins
  8. When the broccoli is done cooking, add into directly into the pot and simmer for another 5-7 mins
  9. Finally, transfer from the pot into a blender and then blend it up for your soup
