Recipe: Power Greens & Broccoli Soup
Our Power Greens & Broccoli Soup is a delicious, warming, and packed with nutrients. It's made with whole foods, quick and easy to make, creating a nourishing soup packed with essential nutrients.
Ingredients:
- 3 Heads of Broccoli
- 3 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 Yellow Onion
- 1 Bag of Frozen Peas
- Half box of Spinach
- 4 Cups of Bone Broth
- 2 Cups of Filtered Water
- Seasoning: Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions:
- Bake the 3 heads of broccoli in oven 425 for 20 mins (or you can steam them)
- While the broccoli is cooking, heat olive oil in a large pot
- Add in the pot 3 cloves garlic minced and 1 yellow onion chopped, cook for about 5-6 mins
- Add in 1 bag of frozen peas and the half box of spinach, let that cook for a few mins
- Add in 4 cups bone broth and 2 cups of filtered water
- Season with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes
- Bring it to a boil and then simmer for 10 mins
- When the broccoli is done cooking, add into directly into the pot and simmer for another 5-7 mins
- Finally, transfer from the pot into a blender and then blend it up for your soup
