Recipe: No Bake Gluten Free Cookie Dough Bites

These healthy cookie dough bites offer a guilt-free alternative to traditional cookie dough. These delectable treats typically feature a blend of wholesome ingredients such as almond flour, maple syrup, coconut sugar, and chocolate chips. They are no-bake and easy to prepare, making them perfect for satisfying sweet cravings. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour 
  • 1/2 cup gluten free flour
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 tbsp almond milk 
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Chocolate Chips (both to melt and add into mix) I love the brand Enjoy Life
  • Coconut Oil

Instructions:

  1. Melt better
  2. Mix all wet and dry ingredients into a bowl and mix together
  3. Roll into balls
  4. Add chocolate chips to a bowl with coconut oil to melt for the chocolate shell 
  5. Dip the cookie dough balls into the melted chocolate
  6. Put on parchment paper and in the fridge to harden
  7. Then enjoy!
