Recipe: No Bake Gluten Free Cookie Dough Bites
These healthy cookie dough bites offer a guilt-free alternative to traditional cookie dough. These delectable treats typically feature a blend of wholesome ingredients such as almond flour, maple syrup, coconut sugar, and chocolate chips. They are no-bake and easy to prepare, making them perfect for satisfying sweet cravings.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup gluten free flour
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 5 tbsp almond milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Chocolate Chips (both to melt and add into mix) I love the brand Enjoy Life
- Coconut Oil
Instructions:
- Melt better
- Mix all wet and dry ingredients into a bowl and mix together
- Roll into balls
- Add chocolate chips to a bowl with coconut oil to melt for the chocolate shell
- Dip the cookie dough balls into the melted chocolate
- Put on parchment paper and in the fridge to harden
- Then enjoy!
