Recipe: Beef Stir Fry Bowl

Savor the flavors of our Asian-inspired healthy beef bowl, featuring perfectly cooked 100% grass fed ground beef, fresh mushrooms, onions, and vibrant bell peppers. This balanced and nutritious dish to satisfy any cravings and is infused with an Asian flair, blending coconut aminos, sesame oil, and garlic for a delightful culinary experience. 


Ingredients:

  • 1 lb of 100% Grass Fed Ground Beef
  • 1-2 cups rice (based on how many feeding)
  • Bone Broth (optional to cook rice in)
  • Half onion Diced
  • ½ cup Mushrooms Diced
  • 1 Bell Pepper Diced
  • Seasoning: Salt, Pepper, Thyme, Sesame Seeds 

Ingredients for Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 ½ tbsp Coconut Aminos (can sub soy sauce)
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp chili sesame oil (reg sesame oil works too)
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp raw honey

Instructions:

  1. Wash rice and boil
  2. Heat Olive oil in pan
  3. Dice Mushrooms, cook in pan and then put on the side
  4. Dice Onion and Peppers, cook in pan and add to mushrooms on the side
  5. Add more olive oil and then cook grass fed beef until brown, season with salt & pepper
  6. Add mushrooms, peppers, and onions in the pan with the beef
  7. Mix all the ingredients for sauce together in a bowl
  8. Add sauce into the beef mixture and simmer until sauce thickens
  9. Plate on top of rice and sesame seeds
