Recipe: Beef Short Rib
As the holidays approach and the temperatures drop, there's nothing quite like a hearty, comforting meal like this showstopping Beef Short Rib. This recipe is extremely easy to make and an ideal dish for hosting friends or family. This recipe combines tender beef, rich flavors, and a touch of festive flair.
Ingredients:

2.5-3.5 pounds of Short Rib

⅓ Yellow Onion

2 Cloves Garlic

3 Carrots
-
3 Celery Stalks

2 Tbsp Butter
-
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

2 Cups Red Wine
-
3 Cups Beef Bone Broth

Seasoning: Salt, Pepper, Thyme, Rosemary, Bay Leaves, Rosemary, Oregano
Instructions:
- Season Short Ribs with Salt & Pepper (bonus let sit in fridge for at least an hour marinating)
- Heat oven to 350 degrees
- Add butter to a pan, let melt
- Add in Short Rib and brown for 5 mins on each side, then put to the side
- Heat a large Pot with 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Dice Onion and mince garlic
- Add to the heated pot, let cook until fragrant
- Dice Carrot & Celery, add into the pot, let cook for 3-5 mins
- Add in 2 tbsp Tomato Paste, and 2 cups Red Wine
- Bring to a boil and then simmer for 15 mins
- Add in 3 cups of Beef Bone Broth
- Add in seasoning (thyme, oregano, rosemary, etc)
- Put Meat into the Pot, Cover, and then put in the Oven for 2.5-3 Hours
