Banana Blueberry Seed Muffins

They are moist, tasty, and packed with the goodness of ripe bananas, plump blueberries, and nutrient-rich seeds. You won't even be able to tell by the taste that there is added omega 3s, fiber, and antioxidants with the addition of chia seeds and flaxseeds.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 bananas (mashed)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 cups Gluten free flour (or reg if you prefer)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 2 Tbsp ground flax seed (can put regular in a nutribullet to make it ground)
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 big Tbsp of Greek yogurt
- Dash of Salt to taste
- Blueberries (or sub forChocolate chips)
Instructions:
- Get all of your dry ingredients and add to a bowl. Gluten free flour, baking powder, baking soda, chia seeds, ground flaxseed, cinnamon, salt
- Then add all wet ingredients to a separate bowl. Bananas, eggs, melted coconut oil, vanilla, honey (or maple syrup), and Greek yogurt
- Mix the dry mixture into the wet mixture, and mix it all together.
- Add in your blueberries (can also sub with chocolate chips if you prefer)
- Put into muffin pan
- Bake for 20 mins at 375
