Recipe: High Protein Energy Balls
Enjoy these convenient energy balls that provide a quick boost of energy and are packed with protein and nutrients. These snacks are popular for pre or post workout and are great to grab on the go.
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Almond Butter
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 3 tbsp Protein Powder
- 5 Dates (chopped very finely)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- ½ tbsp Ceylon Cinnamon
- ¼ cup Hemp Hearts
- 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Hot Filtered Water
- Juice from Half of Orange
- ½ cup Walnut (ground)
- Beet Powder
Instructions:

Get all your ingredients together

Finely chop your dates and ground the walnuts

Add everything and mix together in a bowl

Roll them into balls (around 1 inch in size)

Then roll and coat them in the beet powder

Put them in the fridge for at least an hour and then enjoy!
