Recipe: High Protein Energy Balls

Enjoy these convenient energy balls that provide a quick boost of energy and are packed with protein and nutrients. These snacks are popular for pre or post workout and are great to grab on the go.


Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Almond Butter
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 3 tbsp Protein Powder
  • 5 Dates (chopped very finely)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • ½ tbsp Ceylon Cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Hemp Hearts
  • 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Hot Filtered Water
  • Juice from Half of Orange
  • ½ cup Walnut (ground)
  • Beet Powder

Instructions:

  1. Get all your ingredients together

  2. Finely chop your dates and ground the walnuts

  3. Add everything and mix together in a bowl

  4. Roll them into balls (around 1 inch in size)

  5. Then roll and coat them in the beet powder

  6. Put them in the fridge for at least an hour and then enjoy!
